China is willing to work on development planning and strategies with Laos to cooperate in major areas, including railways and development zones, Premier Li Keqiang said Monday.
The Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) concluded its 28th and 29th Summits and related leaders’ meeting in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, on September 8, 2016, with pledges to strengthen the regional bloc’s internal cooperation as well as external coordination with partners.
