Production capacity cooperation is the heart of Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) in pursuit of common regional prosperity and synergized development. Such goals were enshrined in the Joint Statement on Production Capacity Cooperation among Lancang- Mekong Countries in 2016.
